| Real coro toxos e froles no Alalá |

Partindo de que Real Coro Toxos e Froles é historia viva de Galicia, pero tamén da música tradicional de Ferrol durante o século XX, o equipo de ?Alalá? achega hoxe o espírito desta institución, coa súa primeira actuación en 1915, no centenario teatro Jofre de Ferrol, coa primeira gravación sonora que non chegaría ata 1922.
Ao longo do século XX, ?Toxos e Froles? fixo do coro o protagonista musical, pero xunta el tamén se preocupou de coidar o grupo instrumental e toda a maquinaria institucional para o mantemento da música tradicional de Ferrol a través de actos culturais. Así, no museo do coro son incontables os premios e condecoracións recibidas, coma o título de ?Real? outorgado por Afonso XIII ou a Medalla de Galicia.
?Toxos e Froles? é máis ca un coro de voces, máis ca un centro cultural e máis que ca unha academia. Esta institución é historia viva, non só da música tradicional de Ferrol, senón tamén de toda Galicia.
